Issue/Introduction
How do I change the URL in a ticket notification so that it points to a specific Server address? There is a friendly URL or load balancer URL that is being used which masks the original server name.

CA service Management 17.X
Resolution
Steps to follow:
Login to Service Desk as an administrator
Go to the Administration Tab-> Options Manager-> Notifications.
Edit the web_cgi_url option and specify the URL that users will be able to connect to Service Desk with and click Save.
Restart the Service Desk services for the change to become effective.
Additional Information
Changing the value of the web_cgi_url option may impact in the Web Screen Painter operation. Please test the changes in non-production before updating in production.
