In Operator Console 20.4 CU5 and prior I am unable to adjust the size of the columns on Groups tab sufficiently

Issue/Introduction

When trying to slide the 'Groups' window columns around, it is not possible to move sufficiently far to the left.

The green arrow below represents the desired direction of movement and shows the limit for how far this can be moved:

Release : 20.4

Resolution

This has been improved in Operator Console 20.4 CU6 and higher to allow more movement of the slider.
