DB2 not listing on SYSVIEW(IDB2) panel after R20 upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Recently upgraded CA database management solution for DB2 from R19 to R20. After upgrade the tool is working fine as expected, but in SYSVIEW(option IS from platinum tool main menu) the DB2 regions names got missed out. There are 5 DB2 regions running in that lLPAR but in SYSVIEW  only 2 DB2 names can be seen and not able to access other DB2 regions.  The access to all 5 DB2 regions on other components like RC Query etc is working. What is missing here and how to add the remaining DB2 regions for SYSVIEW?

Resolution

The ability to see other Data Collectors on a given LPAR from one user interface is established through the APPLS member definition.
The APPLS member resides in the .SOURCE library.  Here is what is in the user Datacollector D2DSNDCAPPLS=(
