Issue/Introduction

Is the RA WebService 3.3.0 Agent supported in Automic v21?

Currently the RA WebService 3.3.0 is used in Automic 12.3.5 and I need to know if we need to migrate the RA agent 3 tasks to v4 when we upgrade to v21.

Release : 21.0

Resolution

Though below V21 compatibility shows WebService 3 Agent is supported currently but soon will be removed:

So it's recommended to migrate to the newer RA Web Service agent version to work with the latest AE version.
