Migrating HFSSEC to zFS in Top Secret

Issue/Introduction
Converting all HFS files to zFS and expected that ZFS would need a new RESCLASS (not HFSSEC) but there is no ZFS in the RDT.
Do all current rules remain unchanged?

Release : 16.0
Resolution
There is no zFS or zFSSEC resclass.
Nothing needs to be changed in Top Secret as far as the HFSSEC resclass; it will continue to work.
