Issue/Introduction

The Staffing Plan workspace is being deprecated in May 2023. What does this mean for the workspace itself? Will still be accessible once the date reaches or will it be removed from Clarity altogether?

Resolution

Please see below the Engineering feature that will take care of the workspace deprecation

F24218: (EOL) Deprecate Staffing Plan Workspace (May 2023)

New Installs - No Staffing Plan Workspace will be available and associated access right to navigate to this space will be removed. 
Upgrades - The Staffing Plan Workspace and access rights for navigation to this workspace will be removed.  

Upgrade Impact:
The 'Staffing Plan - Navigate' right will be removed from existing users and existing user groups 
The 'Staffing Plan - Navigate' right will NOT be available for selection to grant permission to users or user groups
The 'Staffing Plan - Navigate' right will NOT be available for granting permission through XOG or API 
The 'Staffing Plan - Navigate' right will NOT appear on any of the License Information Portlets 
If an existing user is aware of the 'Staffing Plan' Workspace URL, this URL won't work and should redirect the user to the new Staffing Workspace and the page will respond based on access rights
