Money Metrics on the Hierarchy view are not correct when using Spanish language
In US 1.000.000.000 USD is a Billion
In Spain the same figure is a Milliard or Thousand Millions
In US 1.000.000.000.000 USD is a Trillion

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a project with a planned cost of 1.000.000.000
2. Create a project with a planned cost of 1.000.000.000.000
3. Create a Hierarchy in MUX and import the above 2 projects
4. On the Hierarchy > Investments > Board > View Options
Add the Planned Capital Cost field to the board
Add the Planned Capital Cost metric to the board
5. Go to the user settings and using English language look at the Hierarchy Board
Project 1 shows the metric as 1B
Project 2 shows the metric as 1E3B
6. Go to the user settings and using Spanish language look at the Hierarchy Board
Expected Results:
Project 1 shows the metric as 1000M or 1 Millardo
Project 2 shows the metric as 1B
Actual Results:
Project 1 shows the metric as 1G
Project 2 shows the metric as 1E3G
This is caused by DE68561
This is fixed in 16.1.2
This might affect other languages too i.e Czech
