CA Spool webserver starts but ends at once - without any error.

Issue/Introduction

We are upgrading the CA Spool to v14 and tried to start the Web Interface.
It started and ended at once - without any error or visible reason:

Security set up problem - resolved by adding the following definition in the ESFPARM:
