Failure during the upgrade from 10.4.1 to 22.2.x in tomct.cus script

Issue/Introduction

The upgrade from Spectrum 10.4.1 to 22.2.4 in the Linux platform failed.

SPC-INT-20030: Installation failed

SPC-INT-20065: The installation of DX NetOps Spectrum is finished, but some errors occurred during the install. Please see the installation log for details.

Cause

The installer found some improperly formatted words in the $SPECROOT/tomcat/conf/fediz_config.xml file.

Resolution

To avoid this failure, edit the $SPECROOT/tomcat/conf/fediz_config.xml file and change the following (Only on the OneClick server) prior to the upgrade:

From: "<SPECROOT>/

To: "$SPECROOT/
