Does Automic workload automation sends License information to Broadcom ? How Broadcom will track the number of Licenses used ?

Technical support will not have access to your licensing usage/data.
Automic licensing has been changed to telemetry somewhere in 12.1 I think. You do not need traditional license file to install/activate the products. You may install the products' components as you need. The license file is not a restriction anymore. The new licensing is based on the product usage. We use telemetry to report the usage data from the servers. Complete information can be found here -
