Dx-APM / AXA issues with logstash ??

Issue/Introduction

In my tenant, we are unable to open the "Experience Collector Host" folder to view AXA data in Dx-APM Metric View.
Is something going on with the logstash?

New Code Fix provided. Engr was able to verify the issue.
