Error 401 When Making REST GET Call

Issue/Introduction

The following example REST API call gives a 401 error from REST API tool such as Postman,Snaplogic

GET /ppm/rest/v1/lookups/SECURITY_GROUPS_LOOKUP/lookupValues?limit=100

com.snaplogic.snap.api.SnapDataException: REST API service endpoint returned error result: status code = 401
Reason: REST API service endpoint returned error result: status code = 401, reason phrase = , refer to the
    error_entity field in the error view document for more details
Resolution: Please check the values of Snap properties.

Release : 16.1.0

Resolution

The error indicates an issue with the Clarity authentication.
