Before the shutdown - 

In the hlq.PPOPTION(PK46OPTN) - PK46OPTN member

1. change the ATIME parameter to ATIME=NONE

2. recycle JMR

***Do this for all systems***

after the systems are brought back up the ATIME parameter can be returned to the site setting. 

The default is ATIME=0030 (Archive after 12:30 A.M)
