Generated URL Start Time Stop Time greyed out

Issue/Introduction

Under Time Selection Options when using Generated URL it states Inherited from Page for Start Time and Stop Time.  Start Time and Stop Time are greyed out with message Inherited from Page.  It won't let us select any time in those boxes.

Cause

These are information only fields

Resolution

These fields (just for information purposes), but instead they are "disabled" fields.  In any case, they are intended for now to be informational only.
