Cannot access DX Netops Portal

Issue/Introduction

Cannot access DX Netops Portal, I can see traffic incoming to the correct ports 

We stopped the portal processes and ran:

nc -l 8182 

And telnetted to that port via the external address that is used to access the portal.
We see traffic coming in but never returning.

Release : 22.2

Cause

Environmental routing issue.

Resolution

Verify if there is a route from the portal to allow requests to be answered
