For Objectives--

-- Is the REVISION_HISTORY_OBJECT_UUID tied to something else .. what does the REVISION_HISTORY_OBJECT_UUID reference?

Resolution

The REVISION_HISTORY_OBJECT_UUID isn't tied to anything else but the REVISION_HISTORY_ObjectID is used as our foreign key to link to other data.  Also, the REVISION_HISTORY_ObjectID is used for many types of artifacts, not just Objectives (ex: Defects, Tasks, User Stories etc....)
