CA Risk Authentication is unable to detect country location based on IP address

Issue/Introduction

CA Risk Authentication is unable to detect country location based on IP address. Please see the screenshot attached.

Resolution

Risk Authentication solution can identify the Location or reputation of the IP address if it is public, Location can not be identified if the IP address is private address. Risk Authentication solution only works on the IP address which it gets for the Risk evaluation so make sure that we are getting public IP address for the user transactions so the location or IP reputation can be determined.
