User getting API -1007 error when they try to edit the project task.

Issue/Introduction

User getting unauthorized error when they try to add new task or edit the task. I have checked his profile he had the Project manager and resouce manager access.

API -1007 : You are not authorized to process request. Contact your system administrator for necessary security rights.

Environment

Release : 16.0.1

Resolution

User was missing right to be able to edit tasks. After adding Project - Task Management - All user was no longer getting an error.
