IG Application URL is not working while Authenticating with Azure.

Issue/Introduction

We have Installed the Identity Governance 14.4.1 version and used Siteminder for Authentication. While we are trying to access the VIP URL, its not landing to the actual application page, but rather failing. But when we are trying to access the individual Node/Server level URLs, we can access them.
Once, we disable the authentication mechanism, it is taking us to the actual Application page (Both VIP & Node).

We also tried the Azure OIDC Authentication and while we are trying to access the Application URL, it is failing completely, and neither VIP nor Node URLs are accessible.
Also, we observed that the service is shutting down intermittently and failing.

Resolution

Since there is no way to remove the settings because the UI is not accessible, it is recommended to perform a database restore from the point before the settings were altered.
