Issue/Introduction

I changed the setting to proxy login in the setting. After that setting, the display is garbled when you log in to the proxy as shown below. (Refer to numeric characters) ---------------------------------------- * Confirmed browser is (Chrome

Before changing to proxy login Displayed in "Proxy User: Username" ・

After changing to proxy login "& #12503;& #12525;& #12461;& #12471; & #12518;& #12540; : Displayed in "user name"

 

Please let me know if it is a bug in the product.   

We checked the DX NETOPS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT 22.2 documentation and the support site for knowledge of similar incidents, but could not find any.

【事象の具体的内容】
ブラウザにてNetOps Portral にログインし、ユーザ設定でプロキシログインに設定を変更致しました。
その設定後、以下のようにプロキシログインすると表示が文字化けされます。（数値文字参照）

「プロキシ ユーザ: ユーザ名」に表示
 
・プロキシログインに変更後
「& #12503;& #12525;& #12461;& #12471; & #12518;& #12540;& #12470;: ユーザ名」に表示

Environment

Release : 22.2.2

Cause

Cause is the double escape characters

Resolution

Proxy User Name characters being doubly escaped (in other words say the name is 管理者ユーザー which we will convert to \u7BA1\u7406\u8005\u30E6\u30FC\u30B6\u30FC which is having a security url-encoder checker convert the slashes to something like \\.

This will be fixed in future release
