Issue/Introduction

Getting following error message after our weekly backup, although processes get start after this error.

Resolution

It is possible the RTHOME environment variable is not properly set at the time when you start the SCM broker and rtserver.  RTHOME should be set to the folder where PEC is installed.  For example:

export RTHOME=/opt/CA/pec

Recommended to check to see if this might be the case.  This should be set in the .profile of the userid that starts the bkrd process, since the broker will automatically start the rtserver.
