Issue/Introduction

We enabled AXA on the DX platform. We can access AXA but the option does not appear in the Launch Pad. How do we get all options to appear in Launch Pad?

Environment

Release : 22.1

Resolution

Did the following steps to resolve this issue.
1- Performed steps list here to enable the AXA.

2- In addition to step 1, we also did the following.
Via k8s console, we reviewed the configmaps.
We are able to find the apmservices-manager configmap. 
We reviewed the apmservices-manager configmap and found the following.
APMMANAGER_AXA_ENABLED: "false".
We edit the apmservices-manager configmap and adjust the setting to.
APMMANAGER_AXA_ENABLED: "true".
Scale down and up the apmservices-manager deployment.
