Rule attribute update, the 'Hide Attribute' and 'Disable Attribute' option may not save properly

Issue/Introduction

When updating an existing Blueprint Rule using the 'Add' condition and setting the UI Action to 'Hide Attribute' or 'Disable Attribute' the conditions seen on the page are not set up correct. 

Steps to Reproduce:    

• When you edit any existing Attribute Update rule  
• If you are triggering the 'Add Condition' button and attempt to use either 'Hide Attribute' or 'Disable Editing Attribute' 
• After you save, the Action is saved incorrectly leading to the following:   

Expected Results: The Rule definition should save as expected. 

Actual Results: The Rule definition is not saved correctly. 

Workaround:

(1) When editing and you see the issue, delete both invalid UI actions, click save, and edit the rule again to re-add the UI action.

(2) When editing a rule, add the condition first, save, then edit the rule again to add the UI actions.
