Issue/Introduction

When attempting to upgrade WAAE R12.0 to R12.1 in Linux, the installer is trying to do a fresh install instead of performing an upgrade as it should.

Environment

Release : 12.1

Resolution

Customer was missing following 2 variables being set in /etc/profile.CA.

AUTOSYS_INSTALL_LOCATION=/opt/CA/WorkloadAutomationAE
AUTOSYS_CSUTILS=/opt/CA/WorkloadAutomationAE/autosys/csutils

Installer checks the value of AUTOSYS_INSTALL_LOCATION and if not found, it considers it as FRESH installation
