OpenID Authentication in Governance is not redirecting after updating to 14.4 CP1 CHF2

Issue/Introduction

We are having an issue getting OpenID Authentication to work in our cloud environment.

We have OpenID working on-premises environment.
We have OpenID configured in a new cloud environment at the same version of Governance, with the same configuration, does not work after applying 14.4.1 CHF2 to Governance.  In the cloud, we have OpenID configured pretty much the same way as we have on-prem.

However, in the cloud instance, we cannot see any indication that the authentication request is being sent (ie redirect) to the OpenID Provider. 

IG simply goes straight to the Login screen.

Cause

This is caused by a missing configuration setting in the web.xml

Resolution

Engineering has confirmed this is resolved in CP2. 

If you encounter this OpenID issue in VAPP based Identity Governance please update to the latest Cumulative patch.
