Can not serialize CM Element Envelope when creating a Virtual Service from WSDL

Issue/Introduction

 To configure a service in Devtest CA, which also allows us to have a simulated WSDL, since this is required for the client application to be able to consume it.

How to see the response frame of virtualized services

Getting this error when doing from Workstation:
