Cannot remove user from Client 0: (4525) Object does not exist

Issue/Introduction
An issue was found where an error would occur when trying to delete a user from client 0 when the user object was stored in another client:
Error Message: [[HTTP 404] (4525) Object 'TEST/UC' does not exist.: No detail information available.]
In earlier versions of the Automation Engine, it was possible to delete a user of any client from the admin client (0000) directly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. In admin client (number 0) -> Administration -> Users:
2. Select user in OTHER client (e.g. number 100) and click on Delete

Resolution
This has been fixed with the AWI component in 21.0.8. Please note that updating the AWI from a previous service pack (21.0.7 and before) requires that the utilities, automation engine, and initialdata be updated as well so that all are on the same service pack level.
Workaround: Log in as an administrator to the same client where the user is stored and delete the user from there
