The Blueprint published date is incorrect - always has today's date.

Issue/Introduction

Blueprint Published Date is correct in the grid but always shows today's date when in the Properties

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. In MUX go to Administration-> Blueprints
2. In Grid view, note the Published Date of any Blueprint published prior to today
3. Click on the Blueprint in the Grid and go to the Properties page

Expected Results: The "Published" date in the top right shows the actual published date of the Blueprint.
Actual Results: The "Published" date in the top right shows today's date.

None
