How to update the SEP client with new Bypass List entries from Cloud SWG

Issue/Introduction

When using the SEP client in "tunnel" mode with Cloud SWG (formerly known as WSS), how do I refresh the SEP client to get new/updated Bypass Lists?

How do I click the "Reconnect" button in the SEP client (in "tunnel" mode) to get updated Bypass Lists from the Cloud SWG service?

Resolution

NOTE: Be sure that you are using SEP client version 14.3 RU5 (or later), and are running in "tunnel" mode (not "pac file" mode).

Open the SEP client (tray icon), and on the panel: 

"Web and Cloud Access Protection"
- > click the button: Options
- > Detailed Status
- > Reconnect (button)
