EventDisp errors for AppNeta

Issue/Introduction
When configuring the $SPECROOT/SS/.vnmrc option for event_disp_error_file and reloading the events, the following errors are seen:
Event disposition files have been (re)loaded
No valid event code at start of line 5 of event disposition file ./CsVendor/SDN_INTEG/EventDisp
No valid event code at start of line 8 of event disposition file ./CsVendor/SDN_INTEG/EventDisp
Environment
Release : 22.2
Cause
There are blank lines at line 5 and line 8 causing the error.
Resolution
Delete the blank lines from the $SPECROOT/SS/CsVendor/SDN_INTEG/EventDisp file and reload the events.
