SRM missing outages or wrong ongoing outages

Issue/Introduction
The Outage Editor and JasperReports Availability reports are showing wrong outages.
The following error was found in the Tomcat log file (catalina.out / stdout.log) after enabling the SRM - Spectrum Poller - Event module in debug mode (in OneClick Administration page --> Debugging --> Web Server Debug Page (Runtime):

Cause
The Timeout exception from ArchiveManager will result in SRM missing some outages.
Resolution
Apply the following patch:
On Spectrum 21.2.2 --> Spectrum_21.02.02.D95c
On Spectrum 21.2.8 --> Spectrum_21.02.08.D122b
On Spectrum 22.2.5 --> Spectrum_22.02.05.PTF_22.2.501
