Unable to bring up the Automic Linux Agent HF 21.0.4

Issue/Introduction

We have installed the Automic Linux agent 21.0.4 but unable to bring up the Linux Agent due to the error.

U2004228 Invalid LogMessage-call
Segmentation Fault (core dumpled)

Environment

Automic One Automation: 21.0.4

Automic Unix Agent: 21.0.4

Cause

Agent file permissions are tampered which led to the failure of the agent startup.

Resolution

If it is a new installation then please delete the existing agent folder and download Automic Linux package from Automic Download Center - Downloads and then apply steps mentioned in  Installing the Agent for UNIX (automic.com) documentation.
