Issue/Introduction

ETC does not match between Modern UX and OWB

Example:

The ETC value for a given task in Open Workbench is 60 hours, but the ETC value for the same task in the MUX is 0.45.

Cause

The issue is due to the Unit of Measure in Modern UX is selected to FTE (Full-time equivalent) instead of Hours.

Resolution

Follow these steps:

1) Click the drop-down menu next to your avatar and username at the top right.
2) Select SETTINGS.
3) Click GENERAL.
4) In the Unit of Measure field, select Hours.
5) click STAFFING PLAN
6) In the Unit of Measure field, select Hours.
7) Click X Close.
