Issue/Introduction

Unable to switch production EEM using autosys_secure after  a DR test

EE_AUTHFAILED Authentication Failed]
[ISE_BACKENDDOWN backend is down]
[Authenticate Error: Unknown Error]
[Identity Attempted: EiamAdmin]

CAUAJM_E_60199 Unable to generate the CA EEM certificate. See previous error messages for details.
CAUAJM_W_60190 The CA EEM server location remains unchanged.

Environment

Release : 12.1

Resolution

The autosys_secure was not able to switch to correct EEM with the following errors

CAUAJM_E_60199 Unable to generate the CA EEM certificate. See previous error messages for details.
CAUAJM_W_60190 The CA EEM server location remains unchanged.

We checked the EEM url and it was not showing any applications while attempting to log in it was showing Back end down

The dxserver status command shows that the itechpoz was in recoverable status

We did a forcestop of itechpoz

dxserver forcestop itechpoz

Then we ran the command

dxserver start all

This started the CA directory

Now we were able to switch the production EEM using autosys_secure

The WCC is up and running fine.
