Issue/Introduction

The Reporting Utility is failing with the following error message:

cannot open logfile 'C:\Automic\Utility\temp\ucybdbrt_log_00.txt'
UCYBDBRT ended with return code 42213

 

Environment

Release : 12.3.x

Cause

Permission issue

Resolution

Please make sure that the user that runs the UCYBDBRT command has proper permission or has an administrator permission.
