CCS Manager for Reporting Synchronization error "The CCS Manager currently configured to be used for synchronization: Not Configured"

Issue/Introduction

The 12.6.1 console configuration shows the following error:

The CCS Manager currently configured to be used for synchronization: Not Configured 

The manager with the CCS 'Reporting Role' shows in the drop down list, but is not selected.  

Environment

Release : CCS Infra Release 12.6.1 (that was installed using Ansible Scripts from 12.6.1)

Cause

This is a known issue in 12.6.1:

Resolution

To resolve this issue, see the following example of the Ansible scripts in the documentation to register a Manager with the 'Reporting Service Role' using the command ReportingSyncServer to select that manager for reporting synchronization:
