Issue/Introduction

This document describes the steps to transfer issues to Symantec SaaS Manual provisioning team.

Environment

Release : 1.0

Resolution

Please follow the steps described below.

  • For any Provisioning related issue, first step is to clone the case.

  • Select the Global Customer Assistance for creating the case.

  • For the Product select the Licensing - Symantec Products and fill the mandatory fields.

  • Once case is created, it is put in GCA queue so we have to change the Queue name, see screen shot below.
