Issue/Introduction
This document describes the steps to transfer issues to Symantec SaaS Manual provisioning team.
Resolution
Please follow the steps described below.
- For any Provisioning related issue, first step is to clone the case.

- Select the Global Customer Assistance for creating the case.

- For the Product select the Licensing - Symantec Products and fill the mandatory fields.

- Once case is created, it is put in GCA queue so we have to change the Queue name, see screen shot below.
