A2A alias get 404 all other Alias' work fine. Use of & "ampersand"

Issue/Introduction

100 alias work properly but 1 new one is failing and receiving a 404 error. There is one mapping that handles all alias'.

Environment

Release : 4.1

Resolution

Ampersand being used in the Account name. For example., test account T&T1234.  All other aliases work properly and no other contain ampersands.  Remove the ampersand and use an underscore like T_T1234 if needed. The alias will resolve properly with underscore.
