How to add a custom inbound route for a specific domain.

Release : 10.8.0

Resolution

A domain can use custom routes instead of the default routes that you set at a global level. When you add a custom route, the route must pass technical checks before we register the route for your organization's use.

• To add a custom route to a domain,

  select

   Services >

   Email Services > Inbound Routes

  .
• In the

   Custom Routes

  section, click

   Manage Settings for the domain you want to add the custom route to.
• Click Add and Check New Custom.
• Enter the IP address or Mailhost name for the custom route.
• Click

   Add
