Is CAPKI required for  Version21 installation / upgrade?

Environment

Release : 21.0.4

Resolution

CAPKI is required and necessary if you need to stop and start agents from AWI. If you have CAPKI anywhere,  you will need to have it everywhere. You will also need CAPKI if you stop and start agents from AWI.
