The CallAPI fails when the Department is missing in the LOGON parameter: U00003210 Logon error: Access denied

Issue/Introduction

The command below will fail if the department is not provided.

Release : 21.0.4

Resolution

If the LOGON parameter is used, the 'CLIENTID,USER,DEPARTMENT,PASSWORD' are needed and mandatory.
