Agent fails to start and JCP dies soon after

Issue/Introduction

New installation of Automic v21 and the SQL agent is failing to start. Shortly after, the JCP dies.

Agent logs shows:

U02000385 Web socket error: 'Connection refused: no further information'.
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information
U02000074 Connecting to system 'AWADEV' is not possible.
com.uc4.ex.cp.InitialConnectionException: Initial connection with endpoint not possible. Please check your configuration.
U02000041 Shutdown Agent 'SQL01'.
U02000002 Agent 'SQL01' version '21.0.4+build.11' ended abnormally.

And the JCP log shows:

U00045101 The alias 'jetty' does not exist in the keystore 'C:\Automic\certs\awadev.keystore'.

 

Environment

Release : 21.0.4

Cause

This was a simple mistake, and the alias in fact was not "jetty" in this keystore.

Resolution

Updated the ucsrv.ini file with the correct alias
