Issue/Introduction

Sending multiple reminder emails at every approval level immediately after the request is made.  

Environment

Release : 14.4 CP1 Standalone.

Resolution

The custom workflow you created where the "PSE Provisioning Reminder" Alert which is executing every 2 min and taking "IMApproversProvisioning" action. IMApproversProvisioning action is calling Identity Manager imApprovers work point process which evaluate the approvers as well as sends email (if email configured on Workflow). Please remove/disable this alert and it will not e-mail every 2 minutes.
