Cloud SWG policy source is configured to Cloud SWG Portal Mode

Issue/Introduction

The policy source for Cloud SWG is set to Cloud SWG Portal policy, but it must be set to Management Center for universal policy to work.

When Cloud SWG was initially configured, Cloud SWG Portal was selected as the source for the default policy.

Cause

Cloud SWG cannot use universal policy when the policy source is set to WSS Portal.

Resolution

For Cloud SWG to use a universal policy, Cloud SWG must have Management Center selected as the source for the default policy.

To switch the policy source from Cloud SWG Portal to Management Center, contact Customer Support to request assistance with switching
