Using Patch Management to upgrade to Windows 10 22h2 update fails with an error 193.
The agent.logs showed the following errors/messages:

The vendor patch file 'C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\SoftwareManagement\Software Delivery\{3FCEA3AC-2520-5266-EFC3-90D3373DA19B}\cache\Windows10x64Enterprise22H2.iso' does not exist.

Patch Management 8.x
The feature update .iso file was missing and not available.
Patch Management is not designed to be the main way to distribute these type of updates since "You must manually add an ISO file of the corresponding update to the policy distribution package because Microsoft does not allow the ISO files to be directly downloaded".
