Using Patch Management to upgrade to Windows 10 22h2 update fails with an error 193.
The agent.logs showed the following errors/messages:

Patch Management 8.x
The feature update .iso file was missing and not available.
To enable Patch Management to be able to distribute these updates "You must manually add an ISO file of the corresponding update to the policy distribution package because Microsoft does not allow the ISO files to be directly downloaded" as documented in the following KB article, and this article walks through the steps that need to allow these .iso updates to be applied via Patch Management:
