Getting admin.managers.RiskFortConfigurationUtil error in arcotadmin log

Issue/Introduction

We keep getting below error in arcotadmin log file

2023-02-06 12:49:19,002 GMT : [ajp-nio-0.0.0.0-10014-exec-6] : ERROR : admin.managers.RiskFortConfigurationUtil : null
java.lang.NullPointerException: null

What can be done to address this issue?

Environment

Advanced Authentication version: 9.1 SP1

OS version: RHEL7 64 bit

Application: Tomcat 9.0.63  64 bit

Resolution

One of the potential cause of this error is when an Administrator runs the report for a long duration and Database has lot of data( Multi million rows), this error message will be shown. It is recommended to run larger reports at off hours so DB does not get extra load and run it for shorter durations.
