Password showing under "Username" in Session Logs.

Issue/Introduction

Session Logs are showing password under the "Username" column. 

Environment

Release : 4.0

Cause

If a user enter the password in the Username field and click Login button he will get this error: 

 

Checking the session logs you'll see:

Resolution

User should make sure to use the "Username" and "Password" fields properly before clicks the "Login" button.
