Issue/Introduction

Staffing, Allocation Timeline API-1057 Toast Message shows when 'Template' column is added to the 'Allocations by Investment' layout.

When the view is switched to the 'Allocations by Resource' layout, it works as expected. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. On a 16.1.1 system go to the Staffing Workspace Allocations Timeline
2. Select the layout 'Allocations by Resource' 
3. Create a new view or use an existing view created from a release prior to 16.1.1 that has the Common Investment 'Template' field added as a column 
4. The column is added and data shows for this layout 
5. Switch to the 'Allocations by Investment' layout 

Expected Results: The 'Template' column should not cause a Toast Message on the Allocations by Investment layout. 

Actual Results: Toast Message: API-1057 : An attribute needs to be groupable or aggregatable to be used in group by or aggregation respectively. Attributes used in 'groupBy' and 'aggr' must be present in fields. 'sort' and 'expand' cannot be used with 'groupBy'. 

Workaround: Remove the Common Investment 'Template' field from the column configuration so the page can render successfully.
