SCRT Reporting Question how to add required placeholder comments

Issue/Introduction

Need to upload 12 months worth to start renewal process for March. I was able to upload 12 months however a couple of them need required placeholder comments. How do you add them?

Release : 15.0
Component: SCRTAP 

Cause

Needed to update required placeholder comments for some reports was not working
Was attempting to update the CSV file using Excel.  Need to use Notepad otherwise will cause the report to fail.   

Resolution

Was using the wrong section. was using the Customer Comments Section.
 Need to use section where CPC Details are listed 
Following example uses a problem of resolving missing 5 hours on a given machine:

Changed as follows to correct format
