Need to create a 'Project Team Member' permissions group which enables users to do the following:

For this security access use case raised here there are two suggestions provided:
If you would like to have team members to get the capability of being able to view/update risks, issues and change requests that belong to the projects they have access to then the the following Risk, Issue, and Change related global rights are to be assigned to the project team members.
Project - Risk, Issue, Change Request - Create
Project - Risk, Issue, Change Request - Delete - All
Project - Risk, Issue, Change Request - Edit - All
Project - Risk, Issue, Change Request - View - All
Projects - Navigate (Global)
Project - View Tasks (Instance)
Project - Task Management (Instance)
This right allows team members to add, edit, and delete task assignments.
